About Job Placement

Find out more about cybersecurity job placement in this FAQ

Will companies take me in after your course?

We cannot guarantee employment as each individual has their unique expectations from a job. However, our graduates typically receive multiple employment offers and an average starting salary of SGD$4800. We also assist you with cybersecurity interview & CV preparation to help you get employed.

What type of jobs can I get after the course?

Our course's main aim is to equip you with the technical skills to thrive in entry-level jobs like a Security Operations Centre (SOC) Analyst Tier 1 or a Junior Penetration Tester.

What is the starting salary I can expect after your course?

Our students have been offered an average of SGD$4,600 after our course. However, this depends on a variety of factors such as your highest educational qualification, previous job experience, personal interviewing and negotiation skills. We will provide career guidance to ensure all students are matched to the right remuneration. Additionally, we advice students to focus on the long-term prospect of the career instead of the first immediate role as past students have accepted lower-paying roles (approx $3k - $3.5k) and were able to make a jump to higher paying roles within 6 months.

I saw some job listings with a degree as a criteria, I don’t have a degree, can I still get a job?

Yes. Unfortunately, the current HR practices in the industry still rely on existing hiring criteria and will list a degree or IT-related certifications as a criteria. We have had students who were hired although the job listing stated they needed a specific educational qualification or certification.
