Programme terms and conditions

Enrolment

A place is confirmed once enrolment is completed and any required deposit or fee is received. Entry requirements for each programme are stated on its course page.

Fees and funding

Fees are stated on each course page. Funding such as SkillsFuture subsidy, SkillsFuture Credit, UTAP and PSEA is subject to eligibility and to the rules of the relevant scheme. We will help you understand what applies to you, but eligibility is determined by the funding bodies, not by us.

Cancellations and withdrawals

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the programme and on any funding used. The applicable terms are shared in writing before you enrol.

Changes to programmes

We may update schedules, delivery mode or content where needed to maintain quality, and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Certificates and outcomes

Certificates are awarded on meeting the stated completion requirements. We support our graduates into roles through our career services, but we do not guarantee employment.

Conduct

Learners are expected to act respectfully and lawfully, and to use any lab environments only for the purposes of the programme.
